We at Locked In Glasgow take safety very seriously and are pleased that we can reopen and operate in a Covid Safe Manner.

1.To keep all groups separate you must arrive on time with your team, 5 min. before the time stated on the booking confirmation.

2.It is compulsory for all players to wear a mask. A mask will be provided if a member does not have one.  Our members of staff will be wearing a face mask at all times.

3. Only 1 Team will be allowed in our lobby at any time.

4. Compulsory hand sanitising before and after games. We will have hand sanitiser stations inside every game room and we recommend using during play.

5. Signing waivers will be contact-free, one team member will need to have a QR Code compatible smartphone to fill in your team information.

6. No food or drink in the game rooms. Unfortunately no lollies for the time being.

7.No lockers will be provided, a specific space within each game will be assigned for your belongings. This space is cleaned between games.

8.We carry out temperature checks on staff when they come in to work.

9. All staff will adhere to the 2m distance rule away from guests at all times.


11. Players may be asked to stay in their game room at the end of their game to help the social distancing flow throughout the building.

12. Your team photos will be taken on company device only.

13. Additionally, we’ve relaxed our cancellation rules so if you or any member of your team is displaying any covid symptoms you MUST not come in. The minimum time for the cancellation is 24hrs. If you can’t arrive please contact the venue and we will reschedule your game. No shows and cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will have a rebooking fee of £18 applied  We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to remove guests who do not respect or adhere to these procedures without refund.

We would like to thank everyone in advance who is due to play with us for your understanding, help and patients on these matters, hopefully one day soon we can go back to some sort of normality.
