COVID SECURE GUIDELINES

We at Locked In Glasgow take safety very seriously and are pleased that we can reopen and operate in a Covid Safe Manner.

1.To keep all groups separate you must arrive on time with your team, 5 min. before the time stated on the booking confirmation.

2.It is compulsory for all players to wear a mask.

A mask will be provided if a member does not have one.  Our members of staff will be wearing a face mask at all times.

3. Compulsory hand sanitising before and after games. We will have hand sanitiser stations inside every game room and we recommend using during play.

4. Signing waivers will be contact-free, one team member will need to have a QR Code compatible smartphone to fill in your team information.

5. RIGOROUS CLEANING IS MAINTAINED THROUGHOUT THE VENUE AND BETWEEN EVERY GAME.

 

Additionally, we’ve relaxed our cancellation rules so if you or any member of your team is displaying any covid symptoms you MUST not come in.

The minimum time for the cancellation is 24hrs.

If you can’t arrive please contact the venue and we will reschedule your game. No shows and cancellations with less than 24hrs notice will have a rebooking fee of £18 applied  We reserve the right to refuse entry, or to remove guests who do not respect or adhere to these procedures without refund.

We would like to thank everyone in advance who is due to play with us for your understanding, help and patients on these matters, hopefully one day soon we can go back to some sort of normality.
